After collecting an animal it is possible to enter all the necessary data in an individual file, adding descriptions and information that in the future may need veterinarians and people who will become their owners: diseases suffered, vaccines administered, behavior shown with other animals and with humans, and so on. The cards can also refer to each person in the center, from those who are in charge of walking the animals and volunteers in general to the employees.

Animal Shelter Manager organizes all the content of the software in tabs, making it very practical to access the required data at all times. One of the most relevant modules included in the programme is that of reports, which are usually quite extensive and very detailed.
